Obesity increases the risk of various cancers. And only 3% of people know that obesity increases the risk of cancer. According to a recent study based on the one million Americans conducted by the American Cancer Society, 14% of cancer deaths in men and 20% of cancer deaths in women occur due to obesity. Scientists say that 90,000 deaths can be avoided in America if they took good care to maintain their weight. Women are more likely to get cancer in their breast, gallbladder, ovary, colon and cervix while men get cancer of the colon and rectum.

Breast cancer in women: there are over 200 different types of cancer, but together the breast, lung, colon and prostate cancer half closing of cases of cancer. Breast cancer is the most common cancer found in women. Overweight and obesity is a major cause of breast cancer.
